Angus has composed scores for Olivier Award winning shows, with recent work performed across London, New York and beyond.
Primarily focussed on work with live players, recent highlights include the Prologue to Cabaret, a 70 minute immersive work for 4 live musicians and 5 dancers, preceding the critically acclaimed show.
It’s currently in its third year in the West End and premiered on Broadway in Spring 2024.
Collaborations with director Rebecca Frecknall include A Streetcar Named Desire, featuring a live onstage percussionist, and Summer and Smoke, scored for 9 upright pianos surrounding the stage.
Both shows transferred to the West End after sold out runs at London’s Almeida Theatre and went on to win Olivier Awards for Best Revival.
